I'm a mother, creator, and a woman who knows what it's like to feel stretched thin. For years, I gave everything to everyone.. except myself. I believed softness had to be earned after all the hard work and burnouts.

But I've learned something sacred:

Softness is not a weakness. It's power. It's presence. It's a daily choice to come back to you.
